• HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO BE READY/SHIPPED ?

Turnaround time is estimated and is subject to change. It all depends on the nature of your order, how many orders I have to fulfill and/or personal reasons. 

• HOW DO I KNOW MY NAIL SIZE ?

I highly recommend you to purchase my sizing kit to ensure a correct fit or you can refer to the instructions on my size guide.

• WHAT COMES WITH MY ORDER ?

Press on nail orders will receive their complete set of nails, nail glue, nail file and an alcohol wipe.

Eyelash orders will receive their pair of lashes in a reusable case, an eyelash brush and some free goodies.

• HOW LONG WILL MY NAILS LAST ?

If applied correctly, it could last up to 3 weeks.

If removed properly, your nail sets can be re-used that could possibly last you through many more applications.

• HOW DO I APPLY/REMOVE MY NEW PRESS ON NAILS?

         Please view my “apply/remove” highlight on my Instagram @nessasaries for instructions on how to apply and how to remove your nails properly.

         I HIGHLY recommend to purchase my cuticle oil pens in order to safely and effectively remove your press on nails without damaging your natural nail beds. With this method, you will be able to save your nails for future uses.

• WHAT IS RTS?

        RTS means “ready to ship”. I have select few designs that come in a 24 piece set that are already packaged and ready to go. No sizing required! 

         Any set labeled with “RTS” will be shipped out within 1-2 days. (If your order also has a custom set, this would delay the shipping time)
