  • All nail sets are handmade except for some “RTS” (ready to ship) sets.


  • Nail sets that are handmade/custom will be processed in the order that I revive them. Each set is custom fit for you and are hand painted, by only one person, me, so please allow me the time to create them. 


  • Estimated shipping times and delivery dates are not guaranteed. I do not work for the post office, so I have no control of packages once I have shipped them.


  • For custom orders: Please note that colors and designs may not exactly match the inspo pics that you send me. I may not have the exact colors or the exact materials used but I will try to get as close as possible.


  • Please note that these nail sets are handmade and are subject to slight imperfections. 



  • No refunds, no exchanges, and no cancellations if I have already started your order. Due to the nature of your order and for sanitary purposes, all sales are final.



  • Please make sure to measure your nails accurately. I am not responsible for incorrect sizing. I HIGHLY recommend purchasing my nail sizing kit to ensure the correct fit.



  • For shipped orders: Please make sure you have entered your correct mailing address. I copy and paste the given address so I am not responsible for incorrect address input/typos.
